Creative technology for Latin America

Dero Lavigne works remotely with teams across Latin America from a single base in Dallas, Texas. Communication in English or Spanish; scope, direction, and delivery stay with one accountable lead — not an anonymous agency roster.

Problem solved

LATAM founders often juggle a local generalist, an offshore shop with weak Spanish, and a freelancer who stops replying mid-sprint. You need one lead who can read your repo, define honest milestones, and ship web, games, or platforms without pretending there is a local office in every country.

FAQ

Do you have offices in Latin America?

No. One operational base in Dallas, Texas. Work is remote by default; there is no multi-city office network implied.

Can we work in Spanish?

Yes. Project communication and deliverables can be in English or Spanish; the site toggles EN/ES on the same URLs.

How do time zones work?

Dero works Central Time (US) with overlap for most LATAM business hours. Calls are scheduled — not a 24/7 call center.

Do you create separate pages for every city?

No. This is the regional hub — not a doorway grid of city templates. Specific scope is handled in the project review.

Starting a project from Latin America?

Tell me your country, what exists today, and what “done” means. I will reply with an honest scope assessment.
